Spring sprouts (100g)
Eggs (three)
Salt, oil, soy sauce, a little bit of each
Methods/Steps
1/9 Get a small handful of spring sprouts from the market, but they've already picked them, so there's no need to pick anything else.
2/9 Wash it and pickle it with a bit of salt, as some people don't really like that distinctive flavor of it. Pickling it will remove some of that as well as the dish itself is more flavorful.
3/9 Because it is pickled, so some moisture, do not want the water, with a hand squeeze and then chopped.4/9 put three eggs down, eggs to buy fresh oh, look at this egg is good, or not fresh bad pot of vegetables.
5/9 Add a little salt and mix well with chopsticks. Generally clockwise stir a little better.
6/9 Today, in order to maintain its original flavor, I did not put any ingredients. The pan is hot and pour the seasoned springbok egg mixture into it, slowly put oh.
7/9 Slowly rotate the pan to keep the egg mixture separate and easy to cook.
8/9 Smell the aroma, turn over the side, this dish has a little bit of sticking to the pan, so in the middle of the spatula to gently shovel the bottom.
9/9 Almost two sides are cooked, put some soy sauce, use a spatula to cut it into small pieces, and then spatula out on a plate.
Note
Because you put salt in the pickles and the eggs, don't add salt later. Remember that.
