Lettuce 1
Salt 1 spoon
Sugar 1 spoon
White vinegar 1 spoon
10 drop of sesame oil
Practice steps:
1. Prepare a lettuce, peel it and wash it for later use! Choose tender lettuce, not too old! )
2. Lettuce is cut into filaments with a grater for use! (If there is no planer, it is necessary to test the pro-knife! Try to cut into filaments! )
3. Boil the water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, and blanch the shredded lettuce for about 10 second!
4. Rinse shredded lettuce quickly in cold water for 2 ~ 3 times to keep the crispness of shredded lettuce!
5. Remove and drain the water, add a spoonful of salt and marinate for about 5 minutes!
6. Squeeze out the water for pickling shredded lettuce, add a spoonful of white sugar, 1 spoonful of white vinegar and 10 drop of sesame oil, and mix well for pickling!
7. Decorate the prepared shredded lettuce with a little white sesame seeds and red pepper rings!
