Tools/Materials: 65g crushed walnuts, 400g common flour, 1 eggs, 75g vegetable oil, 65g sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, proper amount of black sesame seeds, oven, baking tray and small basin.
Put 1 and 65g walnut kernels in a baking tray, put them in the middle layer of a preheated oven, bake at 150℃ for about 8 minutes, and roll them into walnuts after cooling.
2. Pour 75g of oil, 65g of sugar and 30g of whole egg liquid into a small basin and stir well.
3. Add the mixture of sieved 400g ordinary flour, 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder.
4. Pour in 65g chopped walnuts and stir well.
5. Divide the dough into small dough of about 35g, round it, flatten it with the palm of your hand, and put it in a baking tray.
6. Finally, coat the whole egg liquid on the dough surface and stick sesame seeds.
7. Put it into a preheated oven, in the middle layer of the oven, fire up and down, 150 degrees, 25-35 minutes. Baked peach cakes will be crisp when they are cooled.
