Ingredients
Pork stuffing, dried shiitake mushrooms, Pixian bean paste, soybean paste, green onion and ginger, water starch
Method
1. Marinate the pork stuffing with minced onions and ginger, cooking wine, and soy sauce for 20 minutes and set aside.
2. Soak the dried mushrooms in water, drain the water and cut into minced mushrooms. Decant the soaking water to remove the residue and set aside.
3. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the meat filling and bean paste and soybean paste, stir-fry until the meat filling is brown, add salt and an appropriate amount of sugar, add the water for soaking the mushrooms and simmer over low heat until the water in the pot is reduced. When the meat filling is halfway done, add water starch to thicken it and it’s ready to serve
