To put it bluntly, pot cover noodles, is a method of laying down noodles, not a variety of noodles.
The "Red Chopsticks" logo resembles chopsticks being used to pick up steaming hot noodles, distinguishing it from the Western way of eating with a knife and fork, which also represents the unique dining culture of the East. Fan Chenguo, president of the World Ramen Association China Chapter, said that China has become the world's largest producer and consumer of instant noodles, accounting for 51% of global sales, and that the launch of the "Red Chopsticks" logo is aimed at promoting the healthy development of the industry, while the red chopsticks logo has a clear symbolism that is easy to be recognized by consumers.
