Ingredients: Muscovy Duck 1 piece (9000g).
Accessories: ginger mother1500g, and cabbage.
Seasoning: 800 grams of rice wine, 30 grams of refined salt and monosodium glutamate, 25 grams of rock sugar, 500 grams of sesame oil, 4 packets of medicinal materials and 5000 grams of soup.
preparation
1, cut the duck into pieces, stir-fry it in sesame oil pan until it turns yellow, add medicinal materials, crystal sugar, rice wine, ginger slices and soup to boil, then pour it into a pressure cooker for 50 minutes until it is cooked.
