The broad beans are peeled. Don't peel the inner skin that wraps the broad beans.

Soak in clear water for many times.

In a small pot, add salt, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, angelica dahurica and geranium.

Add water, just past the broad beans.

Cook in a pot. After the water boils, it will take about 8 minutes to catch fire. Soak for another hour, take out and dry.
