1. Wash rice, mix well with a little oil, wash ginger and shred;
2. Wash mustard, cut it off, wash duck breast and slice it;
3. Take out the yolk from the salted duck egg and cut it into small pieces;
4. Put the rice into the porridge pot, add water, mustard and duck slices to boil, turn to medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes, and finally add salted duck egg yolk and cook for a while;
5. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with shredded ginger and serve.
Note: Don't stir too much with a rice spoon, so as not to make the porridge look very refreshing, and let it simmer slowly.
