1. First wash the fresh pork liver you bought and cut it into a piece (the size is a little larger than the actual consumption). The specific size is probably a little smaller than the palm of your hand
2. Steam over water for about 10 minutes.
3. Take out the pig liver while it is hot (the reason why it is hot is because once the pig liver becomes cold, it will become very hard, which is not conducive to grinding)
4. Cut the edges Cut it off (because the edge of the steamed pork liver will be hard and difficult to grind, which is why it is necessary to take a little more than the actual consumption for steaming)
5. Cut the pork liver into small pieces , place it on the filter (see picture below) for grinding. Note that the filter should be buckled on the small bowl that comes with the grinder (two small bowls are acceptable)
6. It is best to use a steel spoon for grinding When grinding, you need to crush it hard with the back of a spoon. The liver mud will be squeezed out from the back of the filter. It will be as fine as powder and fluffy. At this time, use a spoon to scrape the back of the filter back and forth, and scrape the liver mud into a small bowl. And you’re done!
