Steps of stir-frying cabbage
1. Slice cabbage, meat, dried bean curd and tomato into small pieces. Heat hot oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry until golden brown.
2. Stir-fry the chopped dried bean curd until the surface swells, and then stir-fry the cabbage a few times. This is very important. Cabbage should be drained, softened by oil and heat, and be patient. Chop onion and ginger, stir-fry cabbage until soft, then stir-fry tomato, and finally add onion and ginger.
3. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and a small amount of spiced powder (don't worry about the strange taste of spiced powder, it is very fragrant and wonderful in this dish).
