The fifth kind of food, Fenghua also has a specialty seafood, which is mud snail. Maybe many people don't like mud snails, because they have a fishy smell and the smell of sea mud. But when we eat at home, we will add some spices, especially good wine, which has a great influence on the taste of mud snails.
