Requirements for vocational skill appraisal:

Registration conditions: All candidates must be 16 years old.

1. Those who meet the following conditions can apply for level 5/junior worker:

(1) Engaged in this occupation or related occupation 1 year or above (inclusive).

(2) The apprenticeship and training in this occupation or related occupations have expired.

2. Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for Level 4/Intermediate Workers:

(1) Obtained the Grade V/Junior Professional Qualification Certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations, and worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 4 years (inclusive).

(2) Engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 6 years (inclusive).

(3) Obtaining the graduation certificate of this major or related major in a technical school (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate); Or obtain the graduation certificate of this major or related major in secondary and above vocational schools with intermediate skills as the training goal (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate).

3. Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for level 3/senior positions:

(1) Obtain the vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of Grade IV/Intermediate Workers in this occupation or related occupations, and have worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years (inclusive).

(2) Obtain the vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of Grade IV/Intermediate Workers in this occupation or related occupations, and have graduation certificates of senior technical schools and technician colleges (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained graduation certificates); Or obtain the vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of Grade IV/Intermediate Workers in this occupation or related occupation, and have the graduation certificate of this major or related major in higher vocational schools with the training goal of advanced skills (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate).

(3) Obtain a junior college degree or above in this major or related major, obtain the vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of level 4/intermediate worker in this occupation or related occupation, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 2 years (inclusive).

① Related occupations: Chinese pastry chef, western chef, western pastry chef, the same below.

② Related majors: Chinese cooking, western cooking, cooking technology and nutrition (cooking technology and nutrition cooking and nutrition education, the same below).

4. Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for Grade II/Technician:

(1) Having worked in this occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive) after obtaining the third-class/advanced vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupation.

(2) Graduates from senior technical schools and technician colleges who have obtained the third-class/senior professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years (inclusive); Or a technician college graduate who has obtained the certificate of preparatory technician in this occupation or related occupation, and has been engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 2 years (inclusive).

5. Those who meet the following conditions may apply for Grade I/Senior Technician:

Have been engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of Grade II/Technician in this occupation or related occupation.
