Two steps:
1, stew soup, first wash the bacon skin and stew it with hot water, then put the melon or radish slices after the soup turns white.
2. To eat bacon, first burn the bacon skin with fire (with charcoal fire or blowtorch) until the surface is dark, then soak it in hot water until the dark bacon skin becomes soft, and then scrape off the dark surface with a knife to expose the dark bacon skin inside. You can cook it with meat after washing.
The bacon skin burned in this way is easy to cut, cook and taste, and does not need to be separated from bacon. In addition, bacon with skin tastes better.
3. Put it on the fire, then cook or fry it, so that the skin is not so hard.
