How to braise bean curd sticks in oil:
Main ingredients: 200g bean curd sticks, 50g water-frozen fungus, and 50g carrots.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of stock, appropriate amount of sesame oil and appropriate amount of sesame seeds.
1. Soak the yuba in warm water until there is no hard core. Depending on the condition of the yuba you purchased, you can take the time, about 1.5 hours.
2. Prepare yuba, fungus, carrots.
3. Soak the yuba in cold water for more than two hours and cut into sections for later use.
4. Cut the carrots into slices and tear the fungus into small florets.
