Pork volcanic mashed potatoes
Ingredients
2 potatoes, a little minced meat, colored pepper, broccoli, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, Water starch
Method
1. Peel the potatoes, steam them in a pot, and press them into mashed potatoes.
2. Cut the color pepper into small pieces and add it to the mashed potatoes, then add a little salt and mix evenly.
3. Put the mixed mashed potatoes into a plate to make a volcano shape. Blanch the broccoli and let it cool before placing it on the edge of the volcano.
4. Add some soy sauce, salt and cooking wine to the minced meat and marinate for a while. Add base oil to a frying spoon, heat and stir-fry minced meat. After the meat is fried, add oyster sauce, water starch, some minced colored peppers, and a few drops of sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and pour over the mashed potatoes.
