Accessories: one green pepper, one red pepper (for color matching, not too big, tender), some onion, ginger and garlic, a handful of pepper, star anise, cinnamon, and a handful of pepper (the spicy taste depends on it, hehe).
PS: A big enough pot and a big plate! I always make a big pot full.
Practice:
Cut the chicken into cubes, not too small, put it in a pot, taste it with soy sauce, salt and cooking wine 15 minutes, and wash and cut the side dishes.
Put more oil, add pepper and fry the pepper thoroughly.
Pour in chicken nuggets, onion, ginger and garlic, and pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes, pour soy sauce and water, and the water must not pass the chicken pieces.
Step 4, add sugar, salt and cooking wine.
Add mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes. (Because chickens are different in age and tenderness)
Pour in the potatoes and continue to cook on low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
Pour in green peppers and red peppers. Play a coloring role.
After a little stir-fry, you can go out of the pot! Load the plate.
