Ginger, garlic, dried chili and oil 5g barbecue sauce 5g barbecue powder 5g soy sauce 5ml monosodium glutamate 2g white sesame seeds a little.

1. Wash tenderloin and cut into 2mm slices for later use.
2. Grab tenderloin with barbecue sauce, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, corn starch and beer, massage for 5 minutes, and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
3. Soak the toothpick in boiling water for 30 minutes and clean it for later use.
4. String the meat slices on a toothpick and shrink them into waves.
5. Shred dried peppers and slice garlic for later use.
6. Heat up the oil, 80% hot, fry the toothpick slices for 3 minutes, and drain the oil.
7. Take the oil from the pan, dry the shredded pepper and garlic and saute until fragrant.
8. Stir-fry the fried meat slices 1 min.
9. Sprinkle barbecue powder and white sesame seeds, stir-fry evenly, and take out the pot.
