How to steam abalone with tomato?
When buying tomatoes, remember to choose a big point and try to keep the size the same.
After washing the tomatoes, cut and dig out the pulp, and dice the pulp for later use.
Wash the fresh abalone after buying it, then cut it into crosses, marinate it with cooking wine and shredded ginger to remove the fishy smell.
Add oil to a hot pan, then add garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the diced pulp in the pan, and add a little tomato sauce to increase the fragrance and consistency of tomatoes.
Add abalone, continue to stir fry, turn off the heat when you see the abalone shrink, put the fried abalone and tomato juice into the tomato cup, and then cover it.
Boil the water and steam the original tomato for 3 to 4 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion, perfect!
