1 Cut the tofu and put it in a container.
2 Prepare three pieces of stinky tofu milk.
3. Emulsify the stinky tofu with a little water and stir well.
4. Pour in a high amount of white wine.
5. Pour the prepared stinky tofu liquid into the tofu.
6. Cover the container and keep it in a cool place.
It can be eaten after 7.24 hours (wow, it stinks).
8. Deep-fry in an oil pan until both sides are golden, take out of the pan, sprinkle with Chili noodles and cumin powder and serve.
