Hello, the watch may not be connected properly. You can try the following methods to reconnect the watch.
1. Open Mint Health and click on my icon in the lower right corner.
2. Find the smart device and click to enter.
3. On the smart watch below, click on the right side to view it.
4. Select the type of your watch and click on the right side to scan the QR code to bind.
5. Point the phone camera at the smart watch QR code to scan and bind.
