Preparation materials: hawthorn 12, sugar 20g, water 100ml, sesame seeds and 3 bamboo sticks.
1. First, wash the prepared hawthorn and drain the water.
2. Remove the core with a corer and steam it in a steamer.
3. After steaming, use tools to make the hawthorn neat.
4. String the prepared bamboo sticks and put them on the plastic wrap.
5. Wrap the hawthorn with plastic wrap, as shown in the figure below.
6. Crush the hawthorn with wooden boards.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sprinkle evenly.
8. Then put the prepared water and rock sugar in the pot and cook it on low heat.
