Production process:

2. Clean the tomatoes, cross the knife at the top, not too deep, as long as the skin is broken all the way to the pedicle;
3. After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the tomatoes into the pot, roll them in boiling water for 20 seconds and then take them out;
4. Starting from the cross knife, peel the tomato skin easily; Cut into small squares; If you don't care about tomato skin, the above steps can be omitted;
5. Put the cold oil in the hot pot and pour in the tomato and stir-fry the soup;
6. Add salt according to taste; Pour appropriate amount of boiling water;
7. After the water boils, use chopsticks to pick the batter into the pot. Want to eat a pimple, stir while pouring. If you want to eat a big pimple, just pick it into the pot and don't move.
8. Look, the soup is basically finished, and the size and particles are very uniform;
9. Beat two eggs into the noodle bowl just now, break them up, then turn around and pour them into the pot; Stir a few times, the egg blossoms float, turn off the fire, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat!
Tips:
1. Don't add all the water to the flour at once, while stirring. The amount of water can be adjusted according to personal taste. If you want to eat something soft, you can add more water, pick it up a little thicker and drop a drop. If you want to eat hard bumps, add less water, and the batter will not drip when picked up, showing a lump;
2. Tomatoes can also be replaced by seasonal vegetables, and vegetables and shrimps can be made into soup;
3. The water for cooking noodle soup is also adjusted according to personal taste, more or less, or thick or thin.
Here is a way to get rid of big pimples, which is especially suitable for young people with good teeth. The practice is basically the same as above, but the batter is slightly different, or to put it another way, it is beyond the definition of noodle soup, which we call "poking fish" here.
Stir the fish with tomatoes and eggs
Ingredients: 200g flour, proper amount of water, two tomatoes, one egg, a handful of celery leaves, a little vegetable oil, a little salt and a little chopped green onion.

Production process:
1. Flour, tomatoes, eggs and celery leaves are ready;
2. Pour a proper amount of cold water into the flour, and let it stand for a few minutes if it can be picked up with chopsticks; The batter is thicker than the batter made above;
3. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, peel them at will, cut the celery leaves a few times, and beat the eggs into the bowl;
4. Pour a little oil into the wok, stir-fry the chopped green onion to get the fragrance, and stir-fry the tomato to get the soup;
5. Add salt, boil hot water and boil the tomatoes;
6. Here comes the point! ! Hold the batter basin in your left hand and chopsticks in your right. Chopsticks skimmed over the batter and rubbed against the edge of the basin, and the batter strips fell into the pot. I can only use my left hand to hold a basin and chopsticks to signal the picture I took. In practice, the batter on the edge of the basin is less and thinner than this, so I can put it into the pot with chopsticks.
