Steps
1. Stir fry the green and red bell peppers and onions to remove some of the water.
2. Melt the yeast in a small bowl with warm water and stir well.
3. Put the flour in a large bowl, put a little salt in the flour and a spoonful of sugar.
4. Put a little salad oil or butter, then pour the melted yeast water into the flour.
5. Add warm water to the flour little by little and mix with chopsticks to form a lump.
6. Knead the dough into a smooth ball, then put it in a warm place and let it rise until it doubles in size. Knead the dough again to get rid of the air, and knead it again to form a smooth ball.
7. Lightly grease a pizza pan and roll out the dough into a circle larger than the pizza pan.
8. Use a fork to insert holes in the bottom of the pastry to prevent it from bulging during baking. (I don't have a fork in my house, so I finish with a toothpick.)
9. Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce on the pastry.
10. Scatter one-third of the prepared mozzarella noisette on top of the pizza sauce.
11. Spread half of the prepared cooked corn kernels, lean meat, and onions evenly on top.
12. Sprinkle with another third of the zest.
13. Sprinkle some more corn kernels and green and red pepper rings.
14. Finally, on the top of the remaining Zhishi all sprinkled evenly, and then the oven preheated to 200 degrees upper and lower heat (I turned on the fan) baked for fifteen minutes.
