The origin of Guizijiang's name
Not Japanese, but China. It's called Gui Zijiang. Why is it called Guizijiang? It was introduced by a "devil", or it looks like a "devil". There is no way to study. Anyway, generations have called it Guizijiang. Jerusalem artichoke (commonly known as ginger, alias Guizijiang, ginger in Northeast China is not spicy, and in some places it is called devil yam) is native to North America. Jerusalem artichoke is a representative inulin plant with high inulin content in its tuberous roots. Fructose polymer, the tuber of which is rich in inulin, generally contains about 15-20%, and the yield per mu is 2-3 tons.
