Steps of bean sprouts at home: 1: Rinse mung beans and soak them in water for 4-6 hours. You can see that the skin of the beans is cracked from the middle and the beans are obviously bigger. Finish. 2. Spread the beans evenly on the wet cultivation cloth (the cloth can be disinfected with hot water); 3. Cover it with a wet cultivation cloth (hot water disinfection); 4. Press a foam board or other hard board with similar size on the cultivation cloth; 5: Put1000g (about 2kg) containers filled with clean water on the board (or directly put sand in plastic bags to save 4 or 5 items on average). Don't worry about crushing, the heavier the pressure, the better and stronger the bean sprouts grow. 6. Put these prepared containers on a large bowl (or basin) with the same caliber as the steamer, and they can germinate in a dark place, and then water them three times a day in the morning, noon and evening (water them every four hours or so). Placing the steamer on the washbasin can make all the poured water permeate into the washbasin. This step is to keep the beans in the necessary humidity. Open it after 7: 24 hours, and the mung bean sprouts will have a little bud; 8. After another 24 hours, mung bean sprouts have obviously gained a lot of weight, and they all feel evenly crowded together; 9: After another 24 hours, the bean sprouts will rise very fast at this stage, so pay special attention to whether the cultivation cloth will be too dry. If it is dry, it should be replenished in time.
Precautions: 1, gauze and leaky pots should be cleaned, preferably scalded with hot water to prevent bacteria from rotting easily during the growth of bean sprouts. 2, bean sprouts should be placed in a cool and dry place, not in a ventilated place, because bean sprouts must maintain humidity to grow.
