Ingredients:
Chicken wings 10, 2 shallots, 5 slices of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 pieces of rock sugar, cooking wine 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, and 2 spoons of starch.
Practice:
1. Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on both sides. Shred ginger, slice, slice scallion, and cut garlic into minced garlic for later use. The shredded ginger and garlic on the left are used to pickle chicken wings, and the one on the right is used for cooking.
2. Prepare 5 crystal sugar and shallots for later use. Pour 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons of raw flour, ginger and garlic into chicken wings for pickling 15-20 minutes.
3. Heat the oil from the pan and add the onion, ginger and garlic to saute. Stir-fry the chicken wings in a pot for a few times, add hot water that hasn't touched the chicken wings, add onion, crystal sugar, oyster sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce, simmer for 15 minutes, then take out onion and ginger slices, and collect juice over high fire.
4. Sprinkle sesame and chopped green onion on the pan and serve.
