Principle:
Peptone and beef extract powder provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Lecithin and Tween 80 can neutralize preservatives and disperse substances in emulsion. Lecithin can neutralize quaternary ammonium salt, Tween 80 can neutralize phenol, hexachlorophenol and formalin, and the combination of them can neutralize ethanol. Agar is the coagulant of culture medium; Most bacteria can reduce TTC to form red colonies that are easy to distinguish, and TTC can also slow down the spread and growth of some bacteria.
Usage:
Weigh 48.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, repackage it, and autoclave it at 12 1℃ for 5 minutes.
Quality control:
