Exercise:
1. First blanch the chicken feet to remove the fishy smell.
2. Bring the brine to a boil, add ginger slices and a small amount of anise cinnamon leaf pepper, stir-fry chicken feet, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 2 tablespoons soy sauce halfway, and finally add the water half covered with chicken feet, add chopped green onion, half a spoonful of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce to marinate chicken feet for 20 minutes, leaving a little marinade.
3. After the chicken feet are marinated, remove them for later use, re-boil the oil, pour in a lot of minced garlic and a little Chili noodles with garlic sauce (tasteless), and finally pour in the marinated chicken feet and continue to stir fry, leaving only a little soup and sprinkling chopped green onion.
