Gosh, this is my least favorite kind of biscuit. Generally speaking, it is a traditional Christmas food in Germany. I had the privilege of working in the place where this kind of biscuit was produced. There are spices such as star anise in the main raw materials, so the overall taste is very strong.

The exact name in German is Lebkuchen, which translates as "gingerbread", but I really don't understand what it has to do with "ginger". There is no ginger in it. There is also a saying called "honey pepper cake", which is more reliable. At least there are peppers in it, and some honey biscuits.

Why did you buy this delicious chocolate in Germany? I think at least China people don't like it.
