If the taste is strong, you can add it. If the taste is light, you don’t need to add it.
The following is an example of steamed pork with salt:
1. Ingredients: 200 grams of pork belly.
2. Accessories: 30 ml of oyster sauce, 20 g of ginger and garlic, 5 g of salt, 20 ml of light soy sauce, 20 ml of cooking wine, 20 ml of sesame oil, 100 g of steamed pork rice noodles, and 400 g of pumpkin.
The first step: prepare the pork belly first.
Step 2: Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and garlic. Knead and mix with your hands.
Step 3: Add appropriate amount of steamed pork rice noodles, stir evenly and marinate for more than two hours.
Step 4: Select the pumpkin and cut it into pieces and lay them underneath.
Step 5: Place the marinated pink meat on top of the pumpkin, cover it, and prepare to put it in the steamer.
Step 6: Boil the water over high heat. Serve and steam for one hour.
Step 7: It will be ready in one hour.
