Method
1. Take a stick of fresh corn and rub the corn kernels out.
2. Wash the jujubes, remove the jujube cores and cut into thin strips.
3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the corn in water for 3 minutes, remove and drain.
4. Dice the pear.
