1. What is the heat shock disease known as the "high temperature killer"?
Generally speaking, heatstroke is the most dangerous and serious heatstroke, which mainly refers to that in a continuous muggy environment, the body's thermoregulation function is abnormal, sweat cannot be discharged in time, and heat accumulates in organs and muscle tissues, causing symptoms such as dry skin and increased muscle temperature, which in turn affects the functions of various organs and tissues of the whole body, resulting in local muscle spasm, high fever, no sweat, dry mouth, coma, elevated blood pressure, dyspnea and even multiple organ failure.
The death rate of heatstroke can be as high as 70%, and nearly 30% of survivors will leave neurological sequelae.
Secondly, it has three outstanding features:
Core temperature rise > 40℃
Easily
Mental state change, convulsion or coma
Heatstroke usually doesn't happen suddenly. Heatstroke can be divided into four stages: threatened heatstroke, mild heatstroke, moderate heatstroke and severe heatstroke. The main manifestations of threatened heatstroke are dizziness, fatigue, sweating, thirst and inattention. After that, the body temperature increased and fever appeared, but the consciousness did not change, and it entered the stage of mild heatstroke. Without intervention, the body temperature will continue to rise, reaching a high fever of 40℃ to 42℃, accompanied by limb convulsions and disturbance of consciousness, and will enter the stage of moderate heatstroke and severe heatstroke. The most serious heatstroke is severe heatstroke, that is, heatstroke, which is usually complicated with multiple organ failure.
There is still progress between threatened heatstroke and the most severe heatstroke. If intervention measures are taken in time, most heatstroke patients will not suffer from heatstroke.
Patients with this kind of incident, after taking their baby home outdoors, have symptoms of premonitory heatstroke, such as dizziness and fatigue, but they have not taken timely adjustment measures. Instead, they continue to stay in a stuffy, sunny room without air conditioning until they are found by their families and sent to hospital, which eventually leads to tragedy.
In high temperature environment, if dizziness, headache, limb weakness, thirst, sweating, palpitation, chest tightness, inattention, uncoordinated movements and other symptoms appear, but the body temperature is normal or slightly elevated, it is threatened heatstroke.
In case of threatened heatstroke:
First of all, leave the high temperature, high humidity and closed environment as soon as possible, and then go to a ventilated and cool place;
If the condition is not too serious, you can drink some cool drinks in moderation, such as light salt water, salty tea or salty cold drinks;
Cold towels can be used to cool down, and some patients' symptoms can be improved;
You can prepare some normal temperature mung bean soup at home, which also has the effect of relieving summer heat and cooling down.
At present, there is no specific medicine for heatstroke. If people around you are found to have special circumstances, such as unconsciousness, they should move the patient to a cool place, unbutton their clothes, wipe their bodies with cold and warm water, or blow them with an electric fan, and send them to a doctor in time.
Third, who is good at it?
Sanitation workers and construction workers who have been working outdoors for a long time;
People suffering from chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
The elderly and infirm, children and pregnant women are all high-risk groups of heatstroke.
Climatic factors with high temperature and humidity and high-intensity physical activity are the main risk factors leading to heatstroke.
Four, the focus of heatstroke is prevention, try to avoid high temperature and high humidity environment.
In hot weather, 1 1 to 16, try to avoid going out. If you have to go out, make preparations for heatstroke prevention and sun protection; Especially outdoor workers, pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling when high temperature weather comes, and replenish water and salt in time;
Pay attention to sun protection when going out, wear a sun hat and wide-brimmed sunglasses.
Ensure adequate sleep, let the brain and body get fully relaxed, improve the sleeping environment by wearing an eye mask and ensure the quality of sleep.
