Ingredients: eggs, dried noodles, lard (not necessarily) shallots, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and black pepper.
Exercise:
1. Pour some water into the bowl and beat the eggs. Turn on the water and pour it slowly. Cover the pot and simmer for one minute, then simmer for three minutes.
2. Cooked noodles, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of lard (unnecessary), half a spoonful of salt and sugar, a little black pepper and a little chopped green onion.
3. Pour half a bowl of boiling water for cooking noodles, and add noodles at the bottom of the broth.
