Practice:
1. Wash the slaughtered fish, separate the fish head from the fish body, cut the fish head into pieces, and cut the fish body into pieces.
2. Rinse the tofu and cut into pieces; Wash coriander and onion and cut into powder;
3. Crack a small piece of ginger, heat the pot, rub it on the pot with ginger, put two tablespoons of oil, and fry until the oil is 60% hot.

The original name of bighead fish is bighead fish. Because of its large head, it is also called chubby fish and bighead fish.
