Babies over three years old can eat by themselves. In order to adapt to kindergarten life, family meal time can be coordinated with kindergarten meal time. 7: 00 a.m., noon 12 p.m. and 6: 00 p.m. can be taken as the time for three meals, and the time can be appropriately adjusted according to the family situation, and the snack time can be increased between three meals. Dinner can choose fresh vegetables, meat, pasta, etc. as the main ingredients and cook properly. Breastmilk, formula milk and fruit can be selected for snack time. For example, noodles, vegetables and eggs can be selected for breakfast, steamed bread, pork and green leafy vegetables can be selected for lunch, and rice, chicken and vegetables can be selected for dinner. For snacks, you can choose apples, bananas, grapes and other fresh fruits. For example, if nuts are added, it is forbidden to feed the whole fruit, and it can be cut into small pieces. It is forbidden to run and jump when eating, so as to avoid choking by mistake.
