Ingredients:

Method:
1: Add flour Mix the salt well and add water to form a soft dough. After rising for 20 minutes, divide the dough into even portions and knead into small strips. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let rise for more than 1 hour.
2: Soak the mutton in cold water for more than half an hour, remove the soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, starch, and five-spice powder and mix well for 10 minutes.
