The method of stewing bird's nest with rock sugar:

Materials: bird's nest 10g, cooked papaya12 (about 150g), rock sugar 15g, 50ml of milk and 300ml of mineral water.

1. Clean the surface of bird's nest, put it in a small bowl, and pour mineral water (150ml) into it for 1 hour. After the bird's nest is soaked soft, clean up the fine swallows and other sundries, and pour out the soaked water.

2. Pour the remaining mineral water (150ml, the amount of water should not exceed the surface of the bird's nest), and then soak it for 1 hour until the bird's nest is big and transparent.

3. Pour the soaked bird's nest into the stewing pot together with the soaked water, add crystal sugar, move the stewing pot into a steamer, and simmer over low heat 1 hour.

4. Peel and seed the cooked papaya, and cut the pulp into pieces. Pour the milk into a small boiling pot and heat it to warm.

5. Put the chopped papaya into a bowl, then pour the stewed bird's nest, add warm milk and mix well when eating.
