Vegetables such as green vegetables, green onions, celery, edamame and corn are also rich in potassium. First, amaranth
Amaranth is also called Chinese cuisine, red cuisine, corn cuisine, Laolaishao, Renqing, etc. Amaranth has extremely high nutritional value and is rich in various trace elements, so there are folk sayings: "In June, amaranth will be eaten, and in July, amaranth meat will be exchanged", and there are also sayings that "in June, amaranth will compete for eggs, but in July, amaranth gold will not be exchanged". Third, mung beans
Mung bean contains a high content of protein and a series of nutrients such as vitamin B 1, vitamin B2, carotene, etc. Mung bean has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials and removing intestinal impurities. In summer, drinking mung bean water has a good function of reducing summer heat, and can effectively maintain the dynamic balance of water and electrolyte in the body and effectively replenish water in the body. Second, mango

The content of vitamin A in mango is very high, and the content of vitamin C also exceeds that of oranges and strawberries which we think contain the most vitamin C.
Third, apples
