1. Put quail eggs in clear water, brush lightly with a small brush, wash and drain.
2. Put the washed quail eggs into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat, turn off the fire and stew for 5 minutes on low heat.
3. Put the cooked quail eggs in cold water, and gently break the quail egg shells one by one with a stainless steel spoon.
4. Soak the broken quail eggs in salt water for about 2-4 hours, and then cook the quail eggs.
