Dice mushrooms, potatoes, tofu, beef and tomatoes, and chop onions, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry the beef in the pot. Stir-fry the water in the beef. Add onion, ginger, garlic, white wine, a little soy sauce and vinegar. Add tomatoes and stir-fry potato red soup. Add tofu, potatoes, mushrooms, stir fry, add water, and when the pot is boiling, put the noodles in and stir them up. Cook for 15 minutes. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with garlic sprouts or coriander shallots. Delicious home-cooked hot noodle soup is ready.
