Tools/materials: colored pepper, rock sugar, liquor, edible salt, soy sauce, kitchen paper, sealed bottle.
1. Wash the colored peppers and soak them in salt water for half an hour.
2. Drain the water, spread the kitchen paper and dry it.
3. Put rock sugar, soy sauce and white wine in the prepared jar. Put the sun-dried five-color peppers into a jar, spread a layer of rock sugar when half of them are put, and then put the remaining five-color peppers in turn.
4. After filling, sprinkle some salt and white wine on the surface and pour in soy sauce.
5. Seal the bottle with plastic wrap, and then cover it. Remember to seal and marinate for a week before eating.
