Ingredients: 1 sweet potato, some glutinous rice flour (about 1.5 times the amount of sweet potato puree), half a bowl of red beans. There is also an appropriate amount of sugar and milk.
Method
1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into pieces, put them in the microwave for about 8-10 minutes, and use a spoon to mash the sweet potatoes.
2. Add glutinous rice flour and sugar and stir evenly to form a glutinous rice ball with moderate hardness. While mixing, you can take out a small ball and knead it into small balls with a smooth surface. If it's too dry, add a little milk and continue stirring; if it's too thin, add some glutinous rice flour.
3. After the glutinous rice balls are kneaded, roll them into small balls with your hands, spread them out and place them on a large plate sprinkled with a thin layer of glutinous rice flour to prevent them from sticking.
4. Add water to red beans to make red bean soup, and add appropriate amount of sugar. This process can start before making the meatballs. The longer the red bean soup is simmered, the better it tastes.
5. Put the small meatballs into the boiling red bean soup. Turn off the heat when all the small meatballs surface.
