Production process:
Step 1: put the dried zongzi leaves in a container and soak them in clear water for more than 3 hours until they are soft.
Step 2: Take it out and put it flat in your hand (two leaflets can be side by side).
Step 3: Fold the leaves into a funnel shape.
Step 4: Add glutinous rice and stuffing according to personal taste.
Step 5: Hold the zongzi body and press the upper leaves downward.
Step 6: Wrap it firmly with a rope, and a zongzi will be wrapped.
