How to make double-boiled squid with tea aroma

1. Peel the squid and wash it. Fly the squid in boiling water and set aside
2. Stir fry the chopped green onion, ginger and squid in a frying pan, add all the seasonings and 3 tablespoons of water (about 30 ml) and stir fry well, then cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until it tastes delicious
3. Turn up the heat to high, and reduce the sauce to a simmer.
