1. Open the lid. When you see that there is no steam coming out of the exhaust pipe and the float falls, you can open the lid counterclockwise. If the float does not fall, it means that there is still pressure in the pot. At this time, the air pressure interlock device will act as an insurance and the pot lid cannot be opened. Do not open the lid forcefully. Use chopsticks to push down the indicator valve to clear the remaining air in the pot before opening the lid.
2. Closing the cover Before closing the cover, check whether the exhaust pipe is unobstructed, the anti-clogging cover is clean, whether the safety valve is intact, and whether the float moves up and down freely and is in the dropped position. Place the pot lid flat on the pot body to fix the pot body, and let the pot lid rotate clockwise as shown in the picture until the upper and lower handles are completely overlapped. At this time, it has just moved to the working position and the float valve has been fully exposed.
3. When placing food, neither food nor water should exceed four-fifths of the pot's capacity, and neither water nor soup should be less than 400 ml (about two bowls).
4. After heating and closing the lid, use high heat to heat. When a small amount of steam is slowly discharged from the exhaust pipe, buckle the pressure limiting valve to the exhaust pipe, and then the float will rise. Start until the exhaust pipe "hisses" and then lower the furnace temperature appropriately and keep exhausting until cooking is completed.
5. The food capacity in the pot should not exceed four-fifths of the pot body; the lid must be closed tightly, that is, the two handles (handles) of the pot must overlap together, and those that do not overlap cannot be used. , at the same time, you must also check whether the exhaust hole is unobstructed;
6. After the pressure cooker is on fire, when you see steam emerging steadily from the exhaust pipe, you must buckle the pressure limiting valve in time to limit the pressure. Do not pressurize other things on the pressure valve, let alone use other things to replace the pressure limiting valve; when the pressure limiting valve is lifted by the steam impulse, the fire power should be reduced until the food is mature; when the food is mature and removed from the fire, wait for the pot to cool down to take out the valve and open the lid. If it has not cooled down yet and there is an urgent need to open the lid to take food, you can use cold water to force cooling;
7. It is very important to protect the rubber ring of the pressure cooker. If it is used for a long time, the rubber ring will When it is flattened and outgasses, you can embed an aluminum coil slightly thicker than a matchstick (which can be made from waste aluminum wire) and then put it into the apron. This will prevent the apron from outgassing and extend the service life of the apron.
