Heat the oil pan and pour in the egg liquid.
Spread out into an egg skin.
Egg skin and sausage, shredded.
Wash and shred carrots.
Blanch shredded carrots with water.
Shred cucumber for use.
Add sushi vinegar (the ratio of rice to vinegar is 5: 1) to the steamed rice while it is hot, stir it evenly, and then let it cool (the hand temperature is slightly lower).
Spread sushi curtains and seaweed. Spread the mixed rice evenly on the seaweed first.
Add shredded cucumber, shredded egg skin and shredded carrot. Sausage shreds are evenly placed at one end.
Roll purple cabbage as tightly as possible with a bamboo curtain.
