Adjust yourself according to your personal preference. I like to put more tofu.
2. The size of meatballs can be adjusted according to personal preference!
The finer the tofu with minced meat, the better the shape of the meatballs and the easier it is to make them more round.
3. The fried meatballs should be thickened with sweet potato starch before using corn starch.
4. It is recommended to wear gloves to prevent sticking when squeezing meatballs.
5. Re-frying is very important, and the skin will taste more crisp.
Fried meat with garlic seedlings
Main ingredients: lean pork and garlic seedlings
Seasoning: chicken essence with chopped green onion and soy sauce and soy sauce.
