Beer Duck
Ingredients: Duck meat, beer, scallions, ginger, garlic, anise, cinnamon, coriander, dried chili peppers
Step by step:
1. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, anise, cinnamon, coriander, dried chili peppers in less oil
2.
3. Add a tablespoon of bean paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, moderate salt and sugar, stir fry evenly.
4. Add a moderate amount of beer, not over the duck meat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
