Muscovite phenolphthalein indicator solution Take 0.1g of muscovite phenolphthalein, add 100ml of ethanol to make it dissolve, it is obtained. Color change range pH9.3 ~ 10.5g (colorless → blue). Muscovite Phenol Blue Indicating Solution Take 0.1g of Muscovite Phenol Blue, add 0.05mol/L sodium hydroxide solution 4.3ml to dissolve, and then add water to dilute to 200ml, it is obtained. Color change range pH1.2~2.8 (red→yellow); pH8.0~9.6 (yellow→violet blue).

Properties: white crystalline powder. Melting point is 253℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol and acetone. Dissolved in sulfuric acid shows red, dissolved in alkali solution shows blue.

Use: Used as acid-base indicator, pH 9.3 (colorless) ~ 10.5 (blue).

Weigh 0.10g of Thymolphthalein, dissolve in ethanol, dilute to 100ml with ethanol.
