Second, the cultivation method:
It can be cultivated in spring, summer and autumn. It is better to choose medium fertility sandy loam with convenient irrigation and drainage, with row spacing of15cm x 23cm, and water after planting.
Third, field management:
After the survival of field planting, topdressing quick-acting fertilizer 1 time every 10 day, intertillage weeding 1 time after 30 days, and row manure with cowshed, which not only increases fertility, but also prevents grass from growing. Mesona blume is not prone to pests and diseases, so it is not necessary to apply pesticides.
Fourth, harvesting and processing:
You can mow the grass 1 time in 40-45 days, and the stubble can grow vigorously after 5 cm, but you must apply quick-acting fertilizer after cutting. The mowed fresh grass should not be piled and retted, but should be dried in time, and 25 kg -30 kg is 1 bundle, which can be sold in the market. If processed into bean jelly, the income is higher.
Processing method of bean jelly: Wash 500g of hay with water, put it into a pot, add water 10 times, decoct it into dark green thick juice, remove residue and filter, add 20g of edible alkali and 0/000g of starch/kloc-0, and mix well. Then add a proper amount of water, simmer for 30 minutes, stir while cooking, and finally put it in a vessel, spread it out and cool it to get bean jelly. It tastes better when mixed with white sugar.
